A brand new restaurant in my area, but it's super delicious. Not the most Spanish and a little hard to find but overall great food and creative dishes. The bread was good and so we're the tomatoes for no reason. The sea bass had an amazing sauce and the chicken in the paella was super tender.

All around a must do experience. From the food to the service. The food is exceptional. With well balanced bursts of flavor. Interesting combinations that make the food a gastronomic delight. We had the seasonal tomatoes, glazed mussels, oxtail & fire and the basque cheesecake. I forgot to take photos of the other food we ate it 😊 Thank you Chef and staff.

Corteza a new gem is south Miami. Excellent service and amazing food. The Paella was to die for 🤤 and the grilled pineapple desert was the best desert I’ve ever had.
